2. Services

We provide one-to-one private tutoring for students preparing for GCSE, A-Level, 11+ and SATs examinations. Sessions are delivered either in-person at our tutoring centre in South London or online via video call.

• All sessions are conducted by qualified tutors who hold Enhanced DBS certificates registered on the Update Service.
• Session availability is subject to tutor scheduling and may vary.
• We reserve the right to substitute tutors where necessary, and will notify you in advance where possible.

3. Bookings

Enquiries submitted through our website or via WhatsApp are not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.

We do not require any joining fee or minimum commitment. Sessions may be booked on a flexible, as-needed basis.

4. Pricing

Current session rates are displayed on our website. Prices may be updated from time to time; any changes will not affect sessions already confirmed and paid for. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions without notice may be charged at the full session rate at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer an alternative session at no additional charge.
